Tthe Presque Isle Community Center required a comprehensive landscape plan that includes a multi-use, accessible trail connecting the campus to the surrounding neighborhoods, as well as shade and street tree plantings throughout the site. The plan also features a rehabilitation strategy for a wetland area along a nearby stream corridor. By incorporating a diverse selection of native trees, shrubs, and a strategic mix of plantings, we enhanced the campus with shade, wildlife habitat, and natural beauty, particularly around key gathering spaces.
