Working with the Frenchman Bay Conservancy and other collaborators, a plan was developed to remove several outdated buildings from a coastal Maine preserve while enhancing visitor access and amenities. In the process, we helped remediate the shoreline of an old working waterfront complex. The project resulted in a revitalized public space, featuring an unobstructed view of Reversing Falls, a restored stretch of coastal waterfront, and preserved access for future generations.
